Yet, it's surprising that you comment back here. In fact, i even asked you on your previous comment if RoExtended overwrites any parts of SCS` DLC areas, and you didn't respond. Every information needs to be taken from forum pages that you need to find. I have no idea about what RoExtended really is and what the mod enhances on and the website gives no clue about it. I must admit, 'untrustworthy' was not a good choice of word - let's say unprofessional, because a lot of stuff on the main webpage is missing.

And that's something i want to avoid and not be part of - you could say i am the lowest denominator that ProMods caters to. You see, if you name the ProMods team as childish and petty, you could say the same about SCS - and as a casual player, this whole thing looks to me to be the 'toxic community' side of thing. And i don't have to mention creative differences and quality standards, which could result in said 'weird dynamics' - so they just create their own stuff, maybe create a route to connect to the other map mods and call it a day. ProMods is more of a studio on their own with many different mappers - other map mods mainly consist of one or couple of map creators. RusMap on the other hand is his own thing - i think ProMods has no intentions to do their own work in Russia, and RusMap doesn't wants to be swallowed up by ProMods.Īdd to the fact that all map creators work on their own pace. Why should i support a map, if the developer of the map is behaving like an A*hole? Makes you wonder, why ProMods and RoExtended (Arayas) are not close to each other. Also Arayas, the developer of the map, isn't afraid to say what he thinks and can be straight forward when getting asked about anything - that's a thing SCS and ProMods avoids doing, which results in Arayas appearing untrustworthy. I don't get the 'professional vibes' mainly because the mod itself has a paid Premium and free version, so the playerbase is split. RoExtended has much of a less professional appearance, and its only a map mod you find about when you actively search for more map mods. And SCS also secretly 'supports' ProMods. ProMods seems to be the ONE map mod everybody should get, and the team behind it are staying professional and customer friendly, kinda like SCS. Regarding the mod teams, i am getting really different vibes from each.
